High-end 80 mm (3") midrange driver with newly developed HEX cone technology and special, additional hand-applied coating with ribbed aluminum phase plug – a true milestone in development. The new, extremely lightweight honeycomb-reinforced glass fiber sandwich membrane impresses with its acoustic properties and, with the additional hand-applied coating, becomes the absolute high-end cone in this class! Voices are reproduced with extreme detail and precision for maximum stage depth, transparency, and dynamics! Powered by an extremely strong neodymium magnet with additional voice coil ventilation. Polished pole and base plates and fabulous details such as the symmetrical stranded wire guide and the extremely torsion-resistant die-cast aluminum basket make this midrange system an absolute sound quality champion! Made in Germany.
